I decided to take a slightly different approach to my year end wrap up for 2012. Instead of the short, capsule style lists I posted last year, I wanted to put a bigger spotlight on my favorite twenty albums of the year. So each of those albums will get a separate write-up, with a brief new introduction, and then the text from my original review done earlier in the year. In the case of a couple of these albums, the holiday season and my inevitable slow down during it caused me to not write a review, so this is also my way to give a few noteworthy albums the full review they deserve. This way I can also embed some videos and tracks in the hopes that whoever comes across these reviews is enticed to check out what I feel were some of 2012's best.
